The bank provides this training to all range of Agribusiness clients periodically all over the country depending on sectors that they are dealing with, their respective crop and production cycles.

Mentorship and Exposure Visit
Agribusiness Unit in partnership with other development partners including Chambers of Commerce and Higher learning Institutions facilitates mentorship programs and exposure visits to best performing clients within the country and overseas.
These exposure visits enable them to learn best practices relating to their areas of operations and grasp new opportunities with intention to use the acquired knowledge in improving their business performance and expand market base.
Exposure visits include the following:
- International and Local Exhibitions
- Youth and Women Mentorship Programs
- Business Visits to selected best performing countries or industries
