In the process of addressing the enablers, the bank through Human Resources Department has been conducting Career Fair as one of the Youth Proposition Initiative with the aim of equipping and preparing higher learning institutions students with competencies needed in the competitive job market and demonstrate the bank’s initiatives in building skilled workforce within and outside the country.

A Career fair is an event that seeks to bring the bank and prospective employees i.e. the students and job seekers together through an informal and interactive gathering. Through this event the youths get to explore their career options as well as use the platform to develop competencies needed in the increasingly competitive globalized world.

Career Fair has proved to be one of the most important platforms for companies to position themselves; brand-wise and also as recruiters.

Human Resources department has been partnering with multiple organizations i.e. AIESEC and Tanzania Institute of Accountancy- Singida Campus to leverage on the potential business opportunities available in this youth proposition. The activities which take place during the career fairs include skills workshops, speed interviews, bank products & Skills development exhibition and scholar quizzes.
