Must be a student 18 years and above
University/college or school ID
Must have an admission letter or introductory letter from the University/College or School with glued photo and signature
Must have two passport size photograph (For customer with no NIDA ID/Number)
Must have a valid ID (NIDA ID, Voters ID, Passport, Driver’s licence, Zanzibar ID)
