We have partnered with Young Africans Sports Club "Ÿanga" to provide you with a special card that will identify you as a fan and enable you to perform all banking transactions with ease.

Do you already have a CRDB account?

If you are a Yanga Fan or Member and already have a CRDB account, you do not need to open another account. What you need to do is:

  1. Visit a CRDB branch with a valid identification document.
  2. Fill out a form to apply for the Yanga card.
  3. Members will be required to pay Tsh 24,000 as an annual fee.
  4. Fans will be required to pay Tsh 12,000 as a club contribution.


Don't have a CRDB account?

If you are a Yanga Fan or Member and do not have a CRDB bank account, then you will need to open an account that will enable you to save, make various payments, including fan-related expenses, and access other banking services.

Benefits of having a Yanga Card:

  1. Identifies you as a legitimate member of the Yanga team.
  2. Enables you to perform transactions through ATM, CRDB Agent, POS machines, etc.
  3. Provides life insurance coverage of up to Tsh 2,000,000 for members in case of permanent disability, death, or loss of a spouse.


Initial deposit:

The Yanga account is opened with an initial deposit of Tsh 2,000/=, which the fan will be required to pay, along with other card fees as specified below, depending on the type of card they apply for.

For a Member, they are required to have:

  • One of the Identification Documents (NIDA ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, Zanzibar ID, or Passport)
  • Their membership number
  • Membership fee of 24,000 Tanzanian Shillings per year


For a Fan, they are required to have:

  • One of the Identification Documents (NIDA ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, Zanzibar ID, or Passport)
  • Fan fee of 12,000 Tanzanian Shillings per year


What is the cost of the Yanga TemboCard?

From 05/07/2023 to 05/08/2023, CRDB Bank will issue the Yanga Card for FREE, but the Member/Fan will be required to pay 24,000 Tanzanian Shillings as the membership fee.

After 05/08/2023, the customer will be required to pay 5,000 Tanzanian Shillings for the card in addition to the 24,000 Tanzanian Shillings membership fee (Total 29,000 Tanzanian Shillings).
