The cities of Mpanda, Njombe, and Mwanza have announced the winners of motorcycles and t in the second draw of the "Benki ni Simbanking" campaign held at the headquarters of CRDB Bank. The first winner in this draw is Rashid Majaliwa Ally from Mwanza, who has won a tricycle, followed by Martin Alfred Mlowe, a timber trader from Njombe Town, and Vale Abdalla Myombe from Mpanda Town, both of whom have won motorcycles.

Expressing his feelings after winning the motorcycle, Mlowe said it would greatly assist him in his business. "I usually travel to rural areas to buy timber. This motorcycle will be useful for transportation there. I am happy to win this means of transportation," Mlowe said, explaining that most of his transactions involve paying those who sell him timber, either by depositing money into their accounts or through their mobile phones. Ally, a small business owner in Mwanza, stated that the tricycle he won would increase his business capital. "I am a small business owner. I sell clothes and shoes and roam the streets. This tricycle will help increase my income sources, thus strengthening my economy and growing my capital," said Ally. Conducting the draw, Acting Head of Marketing at CRDB Bank, Julius Ritte, stated that the "Bank is Simbanking" campaign runs throughout the year, with two motorcycle winners and one tricycle winner announced each month.

"So far, we have had four motorcycle winners, two tricycle winners, and one Nissan Dualis car winner. In March, we announced the winners of the first draw for motorcycles and tricycles, and in April, we found the car winner, and today we have found these three winners. In this campaign, we offer daily and weekly prizes, and a car is given away every two months. The campaign aims to reduce costs for the customer to perform any transaction they want, wherever they are, through our Simbanking services," said Ritte. To ensure that every customer becomes part of the winners of this "Bank is Simbanking" campaign, Ritte said there are various types of prizes available, and the chance to win is open to anyone who uses Simbanking services.

Ritte explained that Simbanking, which uses advanced and secure technology, has simplified many things by enabling customers to access services through various platforms, including mobile phones, where CRDB Bank has a Simbanking application that allows customers to access over 95% of its services wherever they are. "Simbanking has been in the market for over 15 years now; it is an easy way to access CRDB Bank services, and we currently have a campaign to encourage our customers and the public in general to use it, and those who use it more often are given various prizes. Today, we have announced the winners who will receive their prizes within 10 days," said Ritte.

To win one of the prizes offered by CRDB Bank, he said, a customer needs to carry out various transactions through Simbanking, such as paying electricity and water bills, purchasing flight tickets, paying school fees and contributions, buying goods online, or purchasing airtime and many other services available within the Simbanking application. "The qualifications that have given these three customers the win can be achieved by any other customer of CRDB Bank, so I encourage all our customers from wherever they are to continue using Simbanking services to put themselves in a good position to win the numerous prizes we have," said Ritte.
