Overview

The Hodari Account is a specialized business account designed for Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) customers managing either formal or informal businesses. This account enables customers to deposit funds, receive and make payments, withdraw money, and set up standing orders with seamlessly.

  •  Requires a minimum opening balance of TZS 5,000

  •  Access to an ATM card, check book, mobile banking and CRDBD LIPA namba upon request

  •  Suitable for all MSE segments, including registered and unregistered businesses
  •  Low and affordable opening and operating balance requirements
  •  Seamless payment and collection options through CRDB Card, SimBanking, Internet Banking and LIPA Namba
  •  Access to CRDB Bank’s credit facilities specifically designed for the MSE segment
  •  Option to open joint accounts

  •  Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged 18 years or older
  •  Must be actively conducting business, either formally or informally
  •  Annual sales turnover should not exceed TZS 250 million
  •  Seeking access to credit facilities up to a maximum of TZS 50 million
  •  Provide appropriate business identification documents, such as business license, TIN and other relevant business documents for formal businesses, or a Machinga ID, current Soko letter, or local business permit for informal businesses.

YES, the Hodari account attracts changes on two guidelines including Customer Account opening and operations procedure and KYC & CDD Guideline Procedures.
