These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the CRDB SimBanking mobile application ("SimBanking") provided by CRDB Bank PLC ("the Bank"). By accessing and using SimBanking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Eligibility:

‐ To use CRDB SimBanking, you must be an adult of 18 years and above and hold a valid CRDB Bank saving/current account.

• User Responsibility:

‐ All transactions made through CRDB SimBanking are considered to be initiated by the respective customer.

‐ The customer will be debited for all charges associated with the use of CRDB SimBanking services.

• Limitation of Liability:

‐ The Bank shall not be held responsible or accountable for any losses incurred as a result of the customer's use of SimBanking.

• Right of Admission:

‐ The Bank reserves the right to refuse admission to SimBanking, discontinue services, or reject an application without providing reasons.

• Changes to Services:

‐ The Bank reserves the right to change the information and services available through CRDB SimBanking without prior notification.

• Security and Unauthorized Access:

‐ The Bank has no control over unauthorized access to your information through your mobile phone and will not be held accountable for any such unauthorised use.

‐ Customers are responsible for informing the Bank immediately in case of a stolen, disconnected, suspended, or changed mobile phone.

• Modification of Terms:

‐ The Bank can vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Acceptance of Terms:

‐ By registering with SimBanking services, you have accepted these terms and conditions for CRDB SimBanking, which are accessible at https://crdbbank.co.tz/en.

‐ Failure to accept these terms requires immediate de-registration.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and users are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of CRDB SimBanking after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using SimBanking.
