Internet Banking ERP Integration Service

CRDB Bank offers a powerful integration service that seamlessly connects customers’  internal ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with the bank’s Internet Banking  platform. This Straight Through Processing (STP) solution enables businesses to automate  financial operations, streamline transactions, and improve reconciliation processes — all  from within their own systems.

• CRDB provides secure Bank APIs that allow customers to directly link their internal  systems to the bank.

The Transactional Banking Unit offers a comprehensive collection solution  through CRDB Bank's digital channels by integrating directly with institutions,  schools, and private sector organizations. Through this solution, end-users can log in to any of the bank’s digital platforms  using a Payment Reference generated by the institution’s system. Upon verification, users can make payments, which are then automatically updated in  real-time to the institution’s ERP or internal system.

Government Collection Solution through CRDB Digital Channels (GEPG Integration)

The Transactional Banking Unit provides a comprehensive Government collection  solution through CRDB Bank’s digital channels, seamlessly integrated with the Government  Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG). This integration enables smooth, secure, and  efficient collections for Government institutions via multiple access points, including:

Citizens and service users can log in to any of CRDB’s digital platforms using a Control  Number generated by the respective Government institution’s system. Upon verification,  they can make the required payment, which is then instantly updated and reflected in the  institution's ERP or financial system via GePG.

CRDB Integration with MUSE and ERMS for Government Payments

CRDB Bank, through its Transactional Banking Unit, has successfully integrated with the  Government's MUSE (Mfumo wa Uhasibu Serikalini) and ERMS to streamline payments  to suppliers, vendors, and staff within Central and Local Government Authorities (LGAs). 

Through this integration, CRDB’s system is capable of instantly sending settlement and  unapplied payment information to the Government's MUSE system immediately after  processing a payment. This ensures seamless communication and real-time updates between  the Bank and Government platforms.

e-CIT – Cash Management Solution (Handled by Transactional Banking Unit)

The Transactional Banking Unit at CRDB Bank is responsible for managing the e-CIT  (Electronic Cash-In-Transit) product — a smart cash management solution designed to  enhance efficiency and security in handling large cash deposits for businesses.

• Digitally declare cash deposits before physically sending the funds to the bank. 

• Receive value (credit) in their account either before or as soon as the cash is  picked up by an approved Cash-In-Transit (CIT) service provider. 

• Track the movement of cash in real-time, from their premises all the way to the  bank, ensuring visibility and control at every stage. 

Government Sweeping Solution

The Government Sweeping Solution is a centralized cash management service  offered by CRDB Bank to support efficient fund consolidation and control across various Government accounts. This solution is particularly useful for  Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs), and Local Government  Authorities (LGAs) managing multiple bank accounts under different revenue  and expenditure streams.

Through this solution, CRDB enables automated sweeping (fund transfers) from multiple subordinate accounts into a single master or control account at  BOT on predefined rules (e.g., balance thresholds, time schedules, or specific  transaction types). 

Automated Fund Consolidation – Scheduled or event-based sweeping from  child to parent accounts.

Real-Time Visibility – Centralized view of all linked accounts and balances.  Custom Rules & Flexibility – Sweeping rules can be tailored to the  institution’s needs (e.g., daily sweep, balance triggers, etc.).
